Publish a holder descriptor at https://<your host>/.well-known/isto-intents.json with "registry": { "listing": "requested", "terms": "https://istointents.org/registry/terms/" } (schema, example).
Send POST https://istointents.org/registry/v0/submit with { "host": "<your host>" }. The registry reads your descriptor, checks your servers and answers at once.
