Version 2026-10 (draft). These terms apply to listing an intent server in the Isto Intents Registry at istointents.org. An operator accepts them by publishing a holder descriptor with "registry": { "listing": "requested", "terms": "https://istointents.org/registry/terms/" }.

Who runs the registry#

AutoIsto s. r. o., Sásovská cesta 15696/73F, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 57 821 356. Contact: [email protected]. AutoIsto s. r. o. also operates intent servers of its own; they are listed by the same rules, checked the same way and shown in the same order as everyone else's.

Free#

Listing is free. The registry never charges for a match or a transaction.

What the registry does and does not do#

The registry publishes what an operator declares in its descriptor and what the automated check observed (status, time of the check, tools listed). The check is described in the Discovery and Registry chapter. It covers the interface only. A listing is not a certification, endorsement or recommendation, and the order of entries means nothing.

The registry does not see, hold or forward intents, offers or anyone's contact details.

What the operator is responsible for#

  1. The operator is solely responsible for its descriptor, its servers and its service, including how it treats people and their data and whether it obeys the law where it operates.
  2. The operator confirms that it controls the host where the descriptor is published and that the descriptor is accurate. It does not impersonate anyone.
  3. The contact address in the descriptor is published. Use a role address, not a person's.

Removal#

Reporting an entry#

Anyone may report an entry they believe is unlawful or impersonates them: write to [email protected] with the entry's host, the reason and how to reach you. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you and the operator what we decided.

Liability#

The registry is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, AutoIsto s. r. o. is not liable for the content of entries or for listed services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data#

The registry stores the descriptor contents and the results of checks; it stores no data about the person who submits a host. Registry data is published under CC BY 4.0. Personal data, if a contact address is one, is handled as described in the privacy notice.

Changes#

We announce changes to these terms on this page at least 30 days before they apply. Slovak law applies.
