Version 2026-10 (draft). These terms apply between an intent holder and AutoIsto s. r. o. as the operator of the Isto Intents forwarder at https://istointents.com/mcp. A holder accepts them by publishing in its holder descriptor:

"forwarding": { "accept": "requested", "terms": "https://istointents.org/forwarding/terms/" }

Who forwards#

AutoIsto s. r. o., Sásovská cesta 15696/73F, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 57 821 356. Contact: [email protected]. AutoIsto s. r. o. also operates holders of its own; they are offered to people by the same rules and in the same neutral order as everyone else's.

What the holder allows#

The holder allows the forwarder to call the consent-link tools of the servers in its descriptor — intent_publish_intent, intent_get_intent, intent_list_matches and intent_withdraw_intent — on behalf of people who use AI assistants, as described in the Forwarding chapter.

What the forwarder promises#

  1. It sends only what the Forwarding chapter §3 lists: the person's statement, optional wishes, the buy-by date and, if the person stated one, a private maximum price in the holder's currency. Never contact data or conversation history.
  2. It shows the holder's consent link unchanged and names the holder, so the person confirms on the holder's own page. The person's contact belongs to the holder from then on.
  3. It does not rewrite, reorder or filter what the holder returns.
  4. It offers fitting holders in a neutral order and never for payment.
  5. It is free. It charges neither the holder nor the person, now or for intents forwarded under these terms later.
  6. It keeps the holder's intent codes encrypted, readable only with the code the person's assistant holds, and deletes them when the intent ends, at the latest after 200 days.
  7. It respects the holder's limits: rate limits, refusals and withdrawal of acceptance.

What the holder is responsible for#

The holder alone is responsible for its servers, its consent page and its service to people, including how it treats their data and whether it obeys the law where it operates. Each party is a separate controller of the personal data it collects itself; the forwarder passes no contact data to the holder and receives none from it.

Ending#

The holder may stop at any time by setting "accept": "withdrawn" or removing the field. Forwarding of new intents stops within 24 hours of the registry showing the change. Existing intents keep working until they end, so that people are not left with a dead link.

The forwarder may stop forwarding to a holder that breaks the privacy rules of the specification, impersonates another organisation, is unlawful or harms people. It tells the holder why, at the contact address in its descriptor, and the holder may ask for a review.

Liability#

The forwarder is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, AutoIsto s. r. o. is not liable for a holder's service or for a person's dealings with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes#

We announce changes to these terms on this page at least 30 days before they apply. Slovak law applies.
